Welcome to Chapurra. By accessing or using our platform at chapurra.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Chapurra, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Chapurra is a Spanish language learning platform offering interactive lessons, exercises, vocabulary practice, and assessments for Spanish 101 and 102 level content. A free account provides access to the Preliminary Chapter. Chapurra+ ($12 one-time payment) unlocks all chapters in the current Spanish 101 and 102 curriculum. Chapurra is currently in beta. Features, content, and functionality may change as we continue to improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Chapurra.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

4. Payment and Refunds

Chapurra+ is a one-time payment of $12 USD that grants access to all chapters in the current Spanish 101 and 102 curriculum. Users who purchase Chapurra+ will be grandfathered into any future pricing changes for the content covered at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product. To request a refund, contact us at hello@chapurra.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements or access locked content without payment.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract course content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Chapurra's content or software.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Chapurra — including lessons, exercises, explanations, and course materials — is the property of Chapurra and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chapurra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific educational requirements. Language learning outcomes vary by individual effort and practice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chapurra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Chapurra after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Beta Disclaimer
